This week, continuing our series looking at our strategic plan for the coming years, DJ turns our attention towards the community around us. He reveals the plan for New Vine to become a community hub catering for people in every age and stage of life for those in the area around us. He also warns us about how we might lose our focus, following a ‘shadow mission’ rather than the actual mission we set out to achieve.
