Welcome to New Vine!
New Vine is a vibrant, community-focused church and local hub in the Maryland-Fletcher region of Newcastle, NSW.
As a church, we take Jesus seriously, but not ourselves—our Sunday dress code is casual, the vibe is relaxed, and the coffee is good!
We also offer community care services and community spaces with activities throughout the week—including our Community Pantry (opening late Februrary, 2025) for low-cost essential groceries.

Speaking of family, there’s a special place in New Vine’s heart for families and young people. We have a range of programs from weekday toddler/pre-school play groups, a Friday youth group, and regular young adults gatherings—plus a fortnightly mid-week seniors’ service.
Whatever your age, stage, or status, you’re welcome at New Vine!
In-person church services
Our in-person church gatherings start at 9:30am every Sunday at our New Vine church + community hub facility, diagonally opposite the Fletcher Village shops. We have age-appropriate kids’ and high school programs starting part-way through Sunday services.
